I offer psychological therapy to children, adolescents and adults presenting with a range of difficulties. I have a special interest in working with athletes of any level with mental health difficulties, including eating disorders.
I have worked in the NHS for over 10 years, and much of that time was spent in CAMHS, and a specialist CAMHS ED service. I am also a keen runner, and have worked with athletes as part of my previous roles, and therefore, understand the complexity and pressures that those who are involved in sport – what ever the level – can feel under.
I work by offering an initial assessment to asses and discus your needs, and then agreeing a treatment plan using a flexible approach that works for you. I offer consultation and liaison to the other people that might be working with you if needed, as often a joined up approach with everyone can be the most effective way to help you to feel better.

Why Choose Us?
We aim to offer an open, honest and transparent service so that you can consistently find a highly qualified registered psychologist to meet your needs.
Practitioner Psychologists must adhere to strict professional guidelines in order to maintain their registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). They must also ensure that their skills, knowledge and experience are kept up to date with evidenced-based practice.
FMP psychologists have listed the services they provide without the jargon, so that you can better understand what they offer, and gain more information as to whether you would like to work with them.
