My Experience and Qualifications

Registered as a Counselling Psychologist in the UK & as a Psychologist in Australia, she has over eight years of experience in assisting individuals, couples & communities in addressing mental health.

Though each intervention will vary as per your strengths & preferences, each session is person centred & respectful, & your own experiences and expertise will be utilised. Theories that are generally drawn upon include - but are not limited to - cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), & solution focused brief therapy, with the inclusion of psycho-education. During sessions we will build an understanding of your situation through conversation & assessment. We will identify triggers, problem solve & discuss new skills to self-soothe and successfully navigate the difficulties you have been facing.

Effective & cooperative working relationships have been formed with a diverse range of clients. Discrimination is despised & able psychology endeavours to offer equatable & attainable services for all. Sessions are unprejudiced and everyone is fully accepted & wholeheartedly welcomed.
